Information we process

We process account and workspace details, approved knowledge sources, configuration, support conversations, usage, and provider events needed to operate the service.

How we use it

We use this information to provide, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve Clarino. Workspace knowledge is used for that workspace's agent and is not made public by default.
